DESCRIPTION: This skirt is cut from structured silk dupioni, giving a crisp, elegant volume to its dramatic silhouette. It features a high-waisted fit with a statement side-tie detail that flows into a sleek wrap-effect design through the hips. The skirt falls to a gathered, ruffled tier that adds movement and flare at the hem.
